Use Terms and Conditions Agreement
Agreement between User and www.workingwithhope.com
Welcome to www.workingwithhope.com. The www.workingwithhope.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Working with Hope, Inc. ("WWH"). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.
www.workingwithhope.com is a Non-Profit Site. The Site provides a platform for users to learn about Working with Hope - R.A.R.E. Fund, donate, participate in programs, and connect with services offered by approved providers. Certain offerings, programs, and pricing on the Site may change at any time at WWH's sole discretion, without notice.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to WWH's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Visiting the Site or sending emails to WWH constitutes electronic communications. Children Under Eighteen
WWH does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of eighteen. If you are under 18, you may NOT apply to be a member of the R.A.R.E. Support Network.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Donations: All donations are non-refundable. We ensure that every dollar donated is used promptly to support individuals with chronic illnesses caused by trauma.
- Purchased Goods: Refunds, exchanges, or credits are available for faulty or misrepresented items. Items must be unused and returned with proof of purchase. Tax deductions do not apply to purchased goods.
- Event Tickets and Vouchers: Tickets, coupons, or vouchers for events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee. For transfers, email hello@rarefund.org.
Links to Third-Party Sites/Third-Party Services
The Site may contain links to external websites ("Linked Sites"). These are provided as a convenience and are not controlled or endorsed by WWH. You acknowledge that WWH is not responsible for the content or functionality of Linked Sites.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property
By using the Site, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activities or misuse of content. All materials on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, are owned by WWH and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
